Mrs. McPherson

Hello. I am Meshell McPherson. I am the Middle and High School Guidance Counselor. It is my pleasure to work with the students to schedule classes and align their schedules for graduation. I work with the College Credit Plus students to ensure they are signed up for classes and meeting their high school and college requirements during the school year.  Students who have an interest in a particular field after graduation can come to me, and we will work together to put their feet on the desired path, whether that is college, career center, or straight into the work world.  My goal is to serve them by guiding them towards a bright and successful future.

I have many resources and keep in touch with many different colleges, career center contacts, and workplaces local to Hillsboro. In a student's Senior year, I send out an abundance of scholarship opportunities to help obtain free money to attend college.

I am looking forward to another year at Hillsboro Christian Academy to work with and serve the students.
