Coach Rhodes – Director of Operations & Athletics

Hello, I am excited to begin a new role at HCA as the Director of Operations in addition to remaining the Athletic Director. This is my 14th year at HCA. In that time, I have served as the Athletic Director, Coach, Gym Teacher, Guidance Counselor, and the Middle & High School Principal.

I am incredibly thankful and blessed to have been given the opportunity to serve at Hillsboro Christian Academy in so many different capacities. Over the past 14 years, HCA has become much more than a place where I work—it is a place that I am proud to call home. I have had the privilege of watching students grow, building relationships with families, working alongside an incredible staff, and being part of a community that is committed to Christ and the mission of Christian education.

As Director of Operations, I look forward to continuing to serve HCA in a new capacity by helping strengthen the day-to-day operations of our school and supporting our staff, students, and families. I am excited about what God has in store for HCA and grateful that He has allowed me to continue being part of this ministry.

I am especially thankful for the people who have invested in me, encouraged me, challenged me, and trusted me throughout my years at HCA. Every role I have held has taught me something valuable and has helped shape who I am today.

It is truly a blessing to work at HCA, and I do not take that opportunity for granted. I look forward to continuing to serve, lead, and grow alongside our HCA family as we seek to glorify God in all that we do.
