12th Annual Jog-a-thon

Dear HCA Parents and Families,

We are excited to announce the 12th Annual Hillsboro Christian Academy Jogathon, which will take place on Wednesday, October 7th! Pledge sheets will be sent home this week!

The Jogathon is one of our favorite annual fundraisers. All money raised through the Jogathon directly supports HCA Athletics, helping provide equipment, uniforms, facilities, and opportunities for our student-athletes.

On Wednesday, October 7th, students will participate in the Jogathon as part of their Physical Education class. Students will walk, jog, or run for a designated amount of time based on their age group.

High School students will also participate! We want every student at HCA to have an opportunity to contribute to this special event and support our Crusader athletic programs.

Students will collect pledges/donations from family members, friends, neighbors, and others who would like to support HCA Athletics. We encourage students to set a personal fundraising goal and challenge themselves to reach the next prize level.

One of the exciting parts of our Jogathon is that students do not have to choose just one prize. They earn each prize for every fundraising tier they reach.

$5 — Free Kona Ice

$25 — HCA Water Bottle

$50 — HCA T-Shirt

$100 — $15 Taco Bell/McDonald’s Gift Card

$250 — $30 Highland Lanes Gift Card

$500 — $50 Amazon Gift Card

$750 — Cincinnati Cyclones Family 4-Pack

$1,000 — Kings Island Gold Pass

We are especially excited about a new incentive this year!

Every student who raises $500 or more will be entered into a drawing to win a Kindle Colorsoft! Every student who reaches $500 will also still receive the Amazon gift card. We hope this gives our students an extra reason to keep working toward that $500 goal!

Your support makes a direct difference in the lives of our student-athletes. Whether your family is able to give $5, $50, or help your student reach $1,000, every contribution matters.
