Mid-term reports will go home on March 11th. Any parent who would like to request a Parent/Teacher Conference for March 11th or 12th may call the office to schedule an appointment.
Spring pictures are scheduled for March 24th.
We will be starting 2 new fundraisers in the next couple of weeks, Little Caesars and Flower Power. We will send home brochures and order forms as soon as we receive them. Flowers can also be ordered or viewed now at http://HCAFlowerSale2021.fpfundraising.com
Although neither fundraiser is mandatory we hope that you will consider participating in at least one.
If you haven't completed your ed-choice voucher scholarships and re-enrollments, please do so and return to the office. Vouchers need to be submitted ASAP. Also, re-enrollments will be accepted through March 31st. On April 1st we will open enrollments up to the public. If classes fill up and we don't have your child's enrollment they will have to go on a waiting list. If you know for sure that your child will not be returning please let the office know.
Graduation is coming up quickly. Order forms for cap and gown went home today. Please return those by March 12th so we can get orders in. This also includes Kindergarten.
Next donation dinner is Sunday March 14th. Menu is baked ham and scalloped potatoes.
Church week is March 14th-27th. Rural King will donate 10% of your receipt totals to HCA. All you need to do is upload your March 14th-27th receipts from Rural King at www.ruralking.com/churchweek
by April 1st.
PTO is still selling pop on Fridays and now selling candy in the office. Everything is $1 each.
Any family that has a SAFE account with Ohio Department of Education needs to go in and update their information. This is the only way they have to contact or update you about scholarships.
There will be choir practice every Friday after school. A flyer went home last week.
